We are experienced HRIS implementers

illuceo is not a recruitment agency. It is a platform that aims to offer Workday consultants opportunities, while enabling Workday customers to find the right help for their projects.

illuceo was founded in 2004 by seasoned HRIS consultants to service a complex HR system contract on an associate model where a pool of trusted resources was established and work was sub-contracted from illuceo to these trusted individuals. This model has been extremely successful as customers particularly appreciate not only the first-hand recommendations, but also the relationships that already exist within project teams, which make these teams more effective, more quickly.

illuceo's principals started focusing on Workday in 2013, having worked on HR systems since the mid-1990s and PeopleSoft specifically between 2000 and 2013. As most of illuceo's existing associates have made the same transition, illuceo now aims at becoming the one-stop platform for Workday consultants and Workday customers alike.
