As a visitor, you can browse our website without providing any personal information. There are points in the website at which you have the option of entering information. If you choose to do so, any information you enter will be received by 'illuceo' and used for its own purposes in assisting you and for other internal purposes. It will not be sold to third parties.

GDPR

On the 25th May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation became law in the UK and across Europe. The regulation applies to companies that store and use personal data. This policy is intended to work within the framework of the regulations.

The purpose of GDPR is to ensure we only use your personal data for genuine use and, unless you have given permission, that we will not use it for marketing purposes. We will also advise the personal data we require, how we use it and what your rights are.

What kind of data we hold

As a bear minimum we hold your name and email address. In order to complete a full profile yourself, you can additionally provide your address, telephone number(s), information about your, experience and skills.

We DO NOT collect what may be perceived as sensitive data such as date of birth, gender, ethnicity etc.

How data is collected

Data is collected when you register for the site.

If you are a consultant, you can only register using LinkedIn and we copy basic profile data from there.

If you are a customer, you use our registration page and provide basic information about yourself and the rest is about your company and the Workday project you are involved with.

In either case, you can further maintain your profile on the platform by updating it as you need to.

To an extent, we will also collect your data if you use our 'Contact Us' form. This will provide your email address, and any information you may provide within the message you send. Such data may be retained within our email systems until it is deleted after 7 years.

How we use your data

The personal data we hold about you is used to match consultants to customer needs. If customers have a role, they will filter our consultant database based on matching their criteria against information consultants provide. If a consultant provides minimal information, it is likely they will never appear in customer searches. As such it is important you keep your own data up to date.

We may also use your email address to send you notifications about activity on your account - for instance, if a listing you have has been approved or is about to expire. From time to time, we may also email you with information and updates about the illuceo Workday platform.

If you choose not to provide personal data

If you will not provide your name and email address, then it is not possible to have an account with us. If you do not want to provide the other personal data in your profile, this will not stop you using our site, but the site will be limited in it's ability to connect you with other consultants and customers.

Data security

We have security measures to protect your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way. Access to your data is limited to employees, contractors and third parties who have a business need to do so. They will only access your personal data under our instruction and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

Sharing your data

We will not share your personal data with third parties other than those consultants and customers who see that data when reviewing profiles. If at any time in the future we decide to change our data sharing policy, this statement will be updated and you will be advised accordingly. At such a time you will have a right to delete your account.

Location of the data we hold

Our data centre is located within the European Economic Area ("EEA") and will not be transferred outside of this juristiction.

How long is data held

We will keep your personal data as long as you keep an account with our platform. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed permanently.

You can add to, change or delete your personal data at any time. If you wish, you can contact us using the 'Contact Us' form and request your account, and therefore personal data, to be deleted at any time.
